i'm pretty excited about this.

so i really don't have a reason to start a blog, other than that it looks like a fun undertaking. i already have a journal, so i'll just make this my...virtual journal, i guess.

why did i decide to name my blog "Infinite"? well, first of all, because i have infinitely many thoughts and things i wanna say. secondly, it gives my blog an infinite number of options -- never-ending horizons. and lastly, i was just thinking about Longfellow's poem, "The Tide Rises, The Tide Falls" (one of my favorite poems, actually) the other day and it reminded me how time stops for nobody, how insignificant we are in the grand scheme of time and memory. time continues on infinitely. nothing can stop it. except for God, who's even more infinite.

so yeah. :)
